Search Engine Optimization Specialist - SaaS B2B

Job Description:

We are looking for an SEO Specialist - SaaS B2B to improve organic visibility, website performance, and qualified traffic while driving trial signups and leads across our web properties. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, keyword strategy, analytics, competitor research, international SEO, and AI-driven search, preferably within SaaS, software, technology, or a global-facing environment.

Job Nature:

• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Location: Mirpur 12, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Own keyword research, SEO strategy, and priorities across our product websites.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Ahrefs, rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, and other SEO metrics.
• Define and maintain on-page SEO standards and review key pages before publication.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, sitemaps, site architecture, speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Identify technical SEO issues, create clear tickets for developers, prioritize fixes, and follow them through to completion.
• Improve internal linking and topic clusters to strengthen organic visibility.
• Analyze competitors, SERPs, rankings, and content gaps to identify SEO opportunities.
• Investigate ranking drops, traffic changes, indexing issues, and other SEO performance fluctuations.
• Work closely with the Content Lead/Writer on keywords, search intent, content priorities, structure, and expected SEO outcomes.
• Execute ethical off-page SEO, outreach, digital PR, and link-building activities.
• Manage relevant review and directory profiles such as G2, Capterra, GetApp, Product Hunt, AlternativeTo, and SaaSHub.
• Identify opportunities for product listings, comparison pages, industry websites, and “best software” features.
• Participate appropriately in relevant Reddit and online communities while following community rules.
• Support SEO migrations, launches, and major website changes.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, performance changes, and recommended actions.
• Proactively identify SEO risks and growth opportunities.

AI-Driven SEO & Search Visibility:

• Track and improve visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and traditional search.
• Identify websites and sources frequently referenced by AI search platforms and improve our visibility within those ecosystems.
• Use AI tools and Ahrefs automation/MCP where available for keyword research, reporting, competitor analysis, opportunity discovery, and audit triage.
• Use AI to identify content gaps, SERP opportunities, and outreach prospects efficiently.
• Evaluate AI-generated recommendations critically based on data, business value, and expected impact.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, and SEO best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• SEO Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• B2B SaaS: SaaS, software, technology, or global-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• International SEO: Experience targeting international markets is preferred.
• SEO Ownership: Ability to independently manage SEO strategy, execution, monitoring, and improvement.
• Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, internal linking, structured data, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Data-Driven: Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
• Growth Focus: Strong focus on organic traffic, rankings, leads, trial signups, and measurable outcomes.
• AI-Driven: Practical experience using AI tools for SEO and interest in AI search optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong experience with Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, internal linking, site architecture, crawling, and indexing.
• Proven experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and coordinating fixes with developers.
• Basic practical knowledge of AI-driven SEO and AI search optimization.
• Experience with SaaS, software, technology products, or international websites is preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical SEO experience and a proven portfolio may also be considered.
