Job Context

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and traffic across our websites and digital projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of practical SEO experience

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO

• Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits & content optimization

• Good knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics (GA4)

• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog & Ubersuggest

• Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS will be an advantage

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawling, sitemap, robots.txt, canonicalization & schema markup

• Experience with backlink analysis and link building

• Good understanding of blog, product, service & landing page SEO

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good English reading and writing skills

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini

• Knowledge of AI Search Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is highly preferred

• Must stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends & emerging AI search technologies

Education

HSC

Students, undergraduates and non-graduates with relevant practical SEO experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Perform technical, on-page and off-page SEO

• Conduct website SEO audits and identify improvement opportunities

• Optimize website, product, service and blog pages

• Manage backlink analysis and link-building activities

• Monitor SEO performance using relevant SEO tools

• Work with content and development teams to improve SEO performance

• Use AI tools for SEO research, content optimization and workflow improvement

• Work on AI Search Optimization / GEO

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates

Portfolio Required
