Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangladesh for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including performing keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives to improve search rankings. Daily tasks include conducting SEO audits, analyzing website performance using web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with business goals, identifying new growth opportunities, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research and On-Page SEO skills to optimize website content and structure.
• Candidates should possess SEO Audits skills to identify technical and content-related issues affecting search performance.
• Candidates should possess Link Building skills to develop and maintain high-quality, relevant backlinks.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track SEO KPIs, and inform strategy adjustments.
• Relevant experience with major search engines and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Prior experience in B2B, manufacturing, or agriculture-related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
