Role Description This full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist role is based in Dhaka. The SEO Specialist will conduct keyword research, perform regular SEO audits, and implement on-page optimization across websites and landing pages. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance through web analytics tools, identifying opportunities to improve rankings and organic traffic, and executing link building strategies in line with best practices. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into new and existing digital assets, and preparing periodic reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO, including optimizing meta tags, headings, content structure, and internal linking.
• Candidates should possess skills in conducting comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, content, and performance issues.
• Candidates should possess skills in link building, including outreach, relationship management, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
• Candidates should possess skills in web analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related platforms to measure and report SEO performance.
• Relevant experience with technical SEO (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, indexation) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, with the ability to present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields and familiarity with common CMS platforms (such as WordPress) are an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
