Role Description The Search Engine Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Savar. This position focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other search engines to drive qualified traffic and conversions for boutique hotel clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, creating and refining ad copy, managing budgets and bids, monitoring campaign performance, and implementing A/B tests to improve results. The specialist will analyze web analytics data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with the broader digital marketing team to align search strategies with overall marketing and revenue goals. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant with best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in hospitality or e-commerce environments preferred.
• Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research and Paid Search Campaigns, including hands-on experience with search engine advertising platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Savar, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
