Role Description The Sales Marketing role at Bio Green Energy is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for biomass briquettes, conducting market research, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential and existing clients, presenting product benefits, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sales targets with marketing campaigns, prepare reports on sales performance, and participate in industry events to promote the company’s renewable energy solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions clearly, and support clients effectively.
• Experience in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Capability in Marketing Strategy to plan and execute campaigns that promote renewable energy products and support brand growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability, with the ability to explain technical product features in simple terms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; experience in the energy or industrial sector is an advantage.
