    reflects organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to
    ensure shared expectations and alignment.
  • Communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies with transparency and
    clarity.
  • Foster productive relationships across functional areas to support smoother
    cross-team delivery and consistent processes.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion and reinforce standard Agile practices, workflows, and organizational
    process updates.
  • Track and analyze key agility and delivery metrics to highlight improvements and
    areas of opportunity.
  • Facilitate process reviews and retrospectives aimed at sharpening quality,
    predictability, and team engagement.
  • Contribute to the refinement and evolution of enterprise Agile practices, tools,
    and frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog
    management best practices.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
