Role Description The Screen Printer Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for creating print-ready designs for garments and related materials, preparing artwork files, and optimizing layouts for screen printing and embroidery. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements, selecting appropriate colors and print techniques, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves setting up designs for production, reviewing samples, and coordinating with production staff to maintain quality and efficiency on the printing line. The Screen Printer Designer will also assist in troubleshooting design or print issues and contribute to improving design and production workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Print Design, including creating clear, print-ready artwork and layouts.
• Practical experience in Screen Printing and Printing processes, with an understanding of inks, materials, and color separation.
• Knowledge of Print Production workflows, including pre-press preparation and quality checks.
• Familiarity with Embroidery design setup and file preparation for embroidery machines.
• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, color accuracy, and the ability to interpret client and brand requirements into effective designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a production environment.
• Relevant experience in garment or fashion printing; formal training or a diploma in graphic design, textile design, or a related field is an advantage.
