- Administer and support SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments
- Manage SAP installation, upgrades, patches, transports and system refreshes
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, availability and security
- Administer SAP users, roles, authorizations and client management
- Manage backup, recovery, high availability and disaster recovery activities
- Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure, compute, storage and related services
- Troubleshoot SAP Basis, database and cloud platform issues
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams, developers, cloud providers and vendors
- Maintain technical documentation and system reports
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of business-critical SAP systems
- Perform any other task assigned by the management
- Experience: At least 4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: sap hr, administrative support, sap basis, sap crm technical, sap, administrative tasks, sap netweaver, sap implementation, system administration
