Job Description
Location: Dhanmondi (Studio/Salon)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and customer service
- Coordinate staff schedules and support the team as needed
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and a professional environment
- Take daily attendance and ensure everyone is punctual (coming and leaving on time)
- Ensure the team maintains a presentable appearance and proper hygiene standards

দায়িত্বসমূহ
- স্যালনের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা এবং কাজের ফ্লো নির্বিঘ্ন রাখা
- ক্লায়েন্টের ইনকোয়ারি/বুকিং সামলানো এবং কাস্টমার সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করা
- স্টাফদের শিডিউল সমন্বয় করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী টিমকে সাপোর্ট করা
- স্যালনের হাইজিন, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা এবং প্রফেশনাল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা
- প্রতিদিনের উপস্থিতি (অ্যাটেনডেন্স) নেওয়া এবং সবাইকে সময়নিষ্ঠ রাখা (সময়ে আসা-যাওয়া নিশ্চিত করা)
- টিমের পরিপাটি উপস্থিতি ও সঠিক হাইজিন স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বজায় রাখা নিশ্চিত করা
Requirements
- Experience in salon/studio management or similar customer service/operations role (preferred) - A fresh graduate is fine too.
- Good communication skills (Bangla + basic English)
- Basic computer/phone skills for bookings and record-keeping
- Basic social media content creation skills: able to make reels and take clear, high-quality photos and videos
- Responsible, well-behaved, punctual, and client-friendly attitude
Note: Other details will be shared when hired.
- স্যালন/স্টুডিও ম্যানেজমেন্ট বা অনুরূপ কাস্টমার সার্ভিস/অপারেশনস রোলে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার — তবে ফ্রেশ গ্র্যাজুয়েট হলেও চলবে
- ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা (বাংলা + বেসিক ইংরেজি)
- বুকিং এবং রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণের জন্য বেসিক কম্পিউটার/ফোন চালানোর দক্ষতা
- বেসিক সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া কনটেন্ট ক্রিয়েশন স্কিল: রিলস বানাতে পারা এবং পরিষ্কার, উচ্চমানের ছবি ও ভিডিও তুলতে/ধারণ করতে পারা।
- দায়িত্বশীল, ভদ্র, সময়নিষ্ঠ এবং ক্লায়েন্ট-ফ্রেন্ডলি মনোভাব
নোট: নিয়োগের পর অন্যান্য বিস্তারিত জানানো হবে।

- Salary review after probation: If your work performance is good, your salary will be increased after a 3-month probation period.
- Weekly day off: Sundays off (6 days/week).
- No overtime: You will not be required to work overtime.
- Special occasion leave: Off on special occasions such as Eid (1st day).
- Paid leave: 10 days paid leave per year, as long as you inform us at least 2 weeks in advance.
- প্রোবেশন শেষে বেতন বৃদ্ধি: কাজ ভালো হলে ৩ মাসের প্রোবেশন পিরিয়ড শেষে আপনার বেতন বৃদ্ধি করা হবে।
- সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি: সপ্তাহে রবিবার ছুটি (সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন কাজ)।
- ওভারটাইম নেই: আপনাকে ওভারটাইম করতে হবে না।
- বিশেষ ছুটি: ঈদের মতো বিশেষ উপলক্ষে ঈদের ১ম দিন ছুটি থাকবে।
- পেইড লিভ: বছরে ১০ দিন বেতনসহ ছুটি নেওয়া যাবে—তবে কমপক্ষে ২ সপ্তাহ আগে জানাতে হবে।
