Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Khulna, Bangladesh. The Salesperson will visit retailers and distributors regularly to promote products, take orders, and ensure proper stock levels and product visibility. The role includes maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing promotional activities in the assigned territory. The Salesperson will track sales performance, prepare simple reports, and share market feedback with the sales and marketing team. The position also involves coordinating with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to present products clearly and close orders.
• Comfort with field work, including frequent visits to retail outlets and distributors in Khulna and surrounding areas.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to manage orders, invoices, and simple sales reports.
• Strong reliability, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Minimum secondary or higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in FMCG or food product sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and follow company policies and safety standards.
