Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dhaka. The Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products from the gadget and electronics range. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and promotions, processing sales transactions, and managing basic inventory and stock checks. The role also involves answering customer questions, handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication in local languages and English, and active listening abilities.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including product upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess fundamental computer and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, including handling digital payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Candidates should possess an interest in consumer electronics and gadgets, with the ability to quickly learn product features and stay updated on new releases.
• Relevant experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required; entry-level applicants with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka on a fixed schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or business is an advantage.
