Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Dhaka. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and field training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing training outcomes, and providing ongoing coaching to improve performance. The role also involves collaborating with sales management to identify skill gaps, updating training content based on market changes, and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices across the sales team.

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development to design, implement, and evaluate sales training programs.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to clearly convey concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service orientation to model quality service standards and client-centric behavior.
• Relevant experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar role in automotive or commercial vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and travel within Bangladesh for regional training sessions as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital presentation tools for preparing training materials and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
