We're looking for a Sales & Support Executive to grow our client base and manage end-to-end customer service for import/export operations. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new B2B clients needing bulk import/export services between China and Bangladesh - Handle client inquiries related to sourcing, pricing, and shipment options (air/sea) - Prepare and share freight quotations, and negotiate rates with clients - Track shipments and provide clients with regular status updates - Resolve customer issues related to delays, documentation, or customs - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients (retention & upselling) - Coordinate with internal operations, customs clearance, and logistics teams - Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and shipments in CRM/Excel Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field - 1–3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, trading, or import/export sales (preferred) - Understanding of B2B sourcing from China and international shipping (air/sea) processes - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Basic knowledge of customs documentation (L/C, B/L, CO, invoice, packing list, etc.
