We are looking for experienced and motivated Upwork & Fiverr sales experts to join our growing team at ilmifyTech Agency.

Salary: Based on experience

 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Upwork & Fiverr sales outreach, proposals, and client follow-ups

• Research and identify high-potential clients and projects aligned with our services

• Write compelling proposals that convert leads into paying clients

• Maintain a strong client pipeline and track sales activities for reporting

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business

• Analyze Upwork & Fiverr market trends and competitor strategies to improve sales performance

• Collaborate with the internal team to align client expectations with service delivery

• Build and train a strong Upwork sales team for better long-term performance

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork & Fiverr sales with verifiable success in closing projects

• Strong understanding of Upwork & Fiverr proposals, profile optimization, and bidding strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to research, identify, and approach high-value clients effectively

• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Experience in IT or service-based sales will be preferred
