Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Sales Specialist will identify and approach prospective clients in the marine industry, present company services, and negotiate terms to close sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing sales proposals, supporting pricing decisions, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The Sales Specialist will also track sales performance, report on market trends, and participate in training or product updates to strengthen sales effectiveness.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, share product knowledge, and help improve team capabilities.
• Candidates should have proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in marine services, shipping, logistics, or related industries, is beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Chattogram, Bangladesh, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential.
