Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position focuses on promoting and explaining court-related services, processes, and offerings to visitors, legal professionals, and partner organizations. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with stakeholders, identifying service needs, presenting relevant solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate training or information sessions, support outreach initiatives, and help improve service accessibility and awareness. The role also involves monitoring feedback, contributing to service improvement, and meeting defined performance and service targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and provide clear, respectful support.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify needs, present suitable services or solutions, and contribute to achieving outreach and adoption goals.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support informational sessions, guide stakeholders, and help organize or monitor sales-related activities.
• Relevant experience in public service, legal administration, or institutional sales is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site environment are required.
• Proficiency in Bangla and working knowledge of English is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
