Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at R S Fashion House. The Sales Specialist will handle daily customer interactions through digital channels, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through product selections and purchase decisions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing online leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team on promotions, providing feedback on customer trends, and participating in training to stay current on product lines and sales best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service and client support skills, with the ability to handle questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales skills focused on lead conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and achieving defined sales goals.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management, such as coaching team members or supporting sales processes and reporting.
• Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency with online sales platforms, CRM tools, and productivity software.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce sales is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
