Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and driving sales of Dream Zone Agro Food products in assigned territories. Daily activities include visiting clients, presenting product information, negotiating terms, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolving customer concerns, and providing feedback on market trends. The Sales Specialist may support training sessions for channel partners or junior team members to strengthen overall sales performance.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members, support onboarding, and help execute sales strategies.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, agro food, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage field visits, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
