Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Grameen Knitwear Ltd. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow relationships with existing and potential buyers, primarily in the knitwear and apparel sectors. Daily tasks include identifying prospects, conducting online meetings and calls, preparing and presenting product information, and negotiating pricing and terms in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment, tracking sales performance, and reporting on key metrics. The Sales Specialist will also provide support and guidance to clients, respond to inquiries, and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product lines, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams
• Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships
• Sales skills focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Training or coaching, particularly in sharing product and market knowledge with colleagues or partners
• Sales Management exposure, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Familiarity with textile, garment, or apparel industry sales is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools for communication and CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with common office software and online communication platforms
