Role Description The Sales Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for providing technical support and after-sales service for pharmaceutical equipment and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customer sites, diagnosing equipment issues, performing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. The role also involves supporting the sales team by explaining technical features, conducting product demonstrations, and advising customers on optimal use and care of equipment. The Sales Service Engineer will document service activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.
• Hands-on experience in field service, including on-site visits and customer-facing technical activities.
• Proficiency in technical support tasks, such as guiding users, resolving technical queries, and providing post-installation assistance.
• Practical expertise in maintenance & repair, including preventive maintenance, repair of faulty components, and equipment calibration.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, prepare clear service reports, and collaborate with sales and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to safety and compliance.
• Willingness to travel within the region for site visits and service assignments.
