Sales Representative – US Shift

KonSalesHire is hiring confident and motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing outbound sales team in Dhaka.

In this role, you will speak directly with business professionals and decision-makers across international markets. Your goal is simple: start meaningful conversations, identify interested prospects, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

You are not expected to close deals. Your responsibility is to create interest, build the initial connection, and get the right prospects into meetings.

If you are confident speaking English, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance and earning potential, this is an opportunity to build valuable experience in international B2B sales.

• Make outbound calls to business prospects in international markets.
• Speak directly with business owners, executives, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Introduce the purpose of your call clearly and confidently.
• Understand the prospect's interest and identify potential opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.
• Confirm scheduled meetings and help improve attendance rates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.

You should have:

• Clear and conversational English.
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone.
• A positive and professional communication style.
• The ability to handle rejection and move confidently to the next conversation.
• Discipline when managing callbacks and follow-ups.
• A performance-driven mindset and willingness to work towards targets.
• The ability to work during US business hours/night shifts.
• The ability to work from our Dhaka office.

Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telesales, call centres, customer service, lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles is an advantage.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Dhaka and is not a remote role.
