Job Description
- Visit hardware retail shops regularly and view to build a professional relationship and secure orders from them.
- Promote and sell tools & product products to retailers and customers.
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales and targets.
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery follow-up.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the customers.
- Find new customers and expand new market coverage.
- Collect payments and submit reports on timely.
- Monitors competitor activities and market trends.
- Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after sales support.
- Follow company sales policy, term-condition and guidelines.
