Sales Representative

Nuha and Brothers is a growing food packaging and distribution company dealing in edible oil, spices (masala), sugar, rice, and other grocery products.

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales Representatives (SR) to expand our dealer and retail network, strengthen market coverage, and drive sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, dealers, and grocery shops regularly to collect orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and shop owners.
• Introduce new products and increase product penetration in the assigned market.
• Collect customer payments according to company policy.
• Monitor market demand, pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at retail outlets.
• Expand distribution coverage within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and market visit reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding market challenges and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Education: HSC/BMT preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, food, grocery, or distribution.
• Candidates with relevant food sales experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Cumilla, Noakhali, Feni, Lakshmipur, or Chandpur will have an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Cumilla and nearby districts.
