Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional at VIP International Bangladesh. The Sales Professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients, and promote Hyundai and MANNOL lubricant products across assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person client meetings when required, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to close deals. The role involves maintaining a structured sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, providing product information and technical guidance, and collaborating with internal teams on marketing activities, order processing, and customer support. The Sales Professional will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of automotive or industrial products, preferably lubricants or related technical solutions, and willingness to learn product specifications.
• Proficiency with digital tools, such as CRM systems, online communication platforms, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data, understand market trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, or distribution networks is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Fluency in English and Bangla, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
