Position Overview

AYAT Care is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager level) to oversee and coordinate the organization`s sales pipeline and day-to-day service operations. Reporting to the Clinical Governance & Care Innovation Lead, this position will ensure seamless coordination among customer care, care consultants, and caregiver recruitment and training teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sustainable business growth.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional coordination, optimize operational workflows, monitor service quality, improve conversion rates, and ensure timely caregiver deployment while driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership and Customer Experience
• Lead and supervise the Customer Care team, including call center, telesales, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital communication channels.
• Monitor and improve lead generation, inquiry management, customer conversion, and service booking processes.
• Ensure prompt, professional, and client-centered communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for management.
• Service Operations and Care Coordination :
• Coordinate daily service operations to ensure timely caregiver placement and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Supervise the Care Consultant team responsible for client assessments, care needs analysis, and caregiver matching.
• Monitor service quality, client feedback, complaint resolution, and caregiver performance.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, caregivers, care consultants, and internal departments.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of operational SOPs and service standards.
• Caregiver Recruitment, Training, and Deployment
• Coordinate the recruitment, screening, onboarding, and deployment of caregivers and childcare providers.
