Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing from Vietnam, willing to relocate to our headquarters in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a minimum two year period.

1. Sales & Business Development

• Support and execute sales activities to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including manufacturers, sourcing houses, and apparel/interior brands.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, and orders to support business growth and customer conversion.

2. Client & Order Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing timely support.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure orders meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on customer feedback and order status to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Product Promotion & Marketing

• Present and promote Harnest’s product portfolio, including elastics, sewing threads, covered yarns, and packaging solutions.
• Communicate key product advantages, including quality, competitive lead times, and ESG alignment.
• Support marketing activities, product presentations, and market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/merchandiser
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangladesh.
• Experience in the Textile, Garment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Base Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 USD / month (commensurate with skills and experience).

· Travel: 2x return flights to Vietnam per annum provided.

· Vacation: 45 days total paid annual leave (including Eid breaks).

· Accommodation & Logistics: Housing and local transportation provided.

· Relocation Support: Relocation assistance package available and open to negotiation.
