Role Description

The Sales & Marketing / PR / Reservation Executive will play a key role in managing client interactions, coordinating reservations, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining public relations. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, promoting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall sales growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangladesh.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in sales and sales management to drive business growth and meet targets.
• Experience in training and guiding team members as needed to support performance and development.
• Ability to maintain organized and efficient administrative processes related to reservations and event coordination.
• Proficient in using relevant technologies or software to manage reservations and client relationships.
• Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or event management industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
