- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate service information.
- Handle new customer enquiries and follow up with existing leads.
- Convert potential customer enquiries into confirmed sales/jobs.
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, service information, and other necessary details.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the company's system.
- Achieve assigned monthly Sales & KPI targets.
- Coordinate with senior executives and the operations team when required.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
