Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for promoting the clinic’s fertility services, executing sales activities, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive patient inquiries and conversions. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective patients and partners, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves coordinating and implementing market plans, assisting in the development of promotional materials, and supporting online and offline marketing initiatives. The Sales Marketing Executive will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and an exceptional patient journey from initial contact through consultation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze patient demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to build relationships, present services clearly, and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, fertility services, or medical clinics is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Bangla, with a professional and empathetic approach to diverse patient populations.
