Sales Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dhaka. The Sales Executive will identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and conduct property visits and site tours with potential clients. The role includes presenting project features and benefits, explaining investment terms, and guiding clients through documentation and booking processes. The Sales Executive will maintain regular contact with existing and potential buyers, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets. The position also requires staying informed about the local real estate market and competitor offerings to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or property development; prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and manage time and leads effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, preparing sales reports, and using basic office software.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or any field preferred.
