Sales Marketing Coordinator

STEP Footwear & Accessories Co. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales operations and marketing activities.

• Coordinate daily sales and marketing activities and follow up with the sales team.
• Prepare and analyze sales data, performance reports, and dashboards.
• Track sales targets, achievements, product performance, and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing databases and records.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business and sales decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Minimum Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Data Analysis.
• Candidates with a relevant educational or professional background will be preferred.
• Strong data analytics and analytical skills are mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and convert it into meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in footwear, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods will be an advantage.

• Salary: BDT 17,000 – 20,000 per month
• Yearly 2 Festival Bonus
