Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans for Salt 1kg Packet, 50kg Bag and 74kg Bag.
- Develop, appoint and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers and key customers across assigned territories.
- Expand the distribution network and identify new markets, dealers, wholesalers and industrial customers.
- 1kg Packet: Retail/FMCG market, grocery shops, supermarkets and general trade.
- 50kg Bag: Wholesale, commercial and institutional customers.
- 74kg Bag: Bulk/institutional/industrial customers and large-volume buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, industrial buyers and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product quality, schemes, distribution and market activities and recommend appropriate counter-strategies.
- Prepare Sales forecasts and SKU-wise demand plans to minimize stock-out and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, discount, sales and distribution policies.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings and submit performance reports to senior management.
- Take responsibility for overall sales growth, market expansion and profitability of the assigned business/territory.
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Education: master of business administration in marketing
