Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and promoting ITclan BD’s web and software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with client outreach, preparing sales presentations, updating sales records, and responding to basic customer inquiries under supervision. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, participating in training sessions, and contributing to sales campaigns and follow-ups. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with potential and existing clients.
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management concepts to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuously develop sales and product knowledge.
• Interest in technology, web services, and digital solutions; ability to learn about ITclan BD’s offerings quickly.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
