- Drive online lead acquisition by converting web, social media, and direct digital inquiries into confirmed room, event, and banquet bookings.
- Execute targeted digital sales campaigns (email marketing, digital promotions, special landing page packages) to increase direct website bookings and reduce third-party commission costs.
- Conduct interactive virtual site inspections, online walkthroughs, and remote sales pitches for international event planners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
- Partner with revenue teams to run targeted pay-per-click (PPC) and sponsored listing campaigns across online travel agencies (OTAs) and meta-search engines (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Ads) to boost booking visibility.
- Utilize LinkedIn and professional B2B digital networks to prospect corporate decision-makers, event organizers, and travel trade partners, establishing active digital dialogue and securing business meetings.
- Oversee rapid response protocols for incoming digital sales leads across WhatsApp Business, website live chat, email, and social media DMs to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key digital sales metrics—including conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), website traffic sources, and campaign ROI—adjusting digital sales tactics to optimize revenue outcomes.
- Segment the client database to execute personalized B2B email campaigns, retargeting lapsed corporate clients, travel agents, and past event bookers with tailored seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to maintain updated, high-quality website content, promotional graphics, and special offer listings.
- Monitor the resort’s social media channels and online review platforms, ensuring professional and timely responses to guest inquiries and reviews.
- Coordinate the design, copywriting, and printing of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, menus) in strict alignment with Pyramid Point Resort brand guidelines.
- Ensure all in-house promotional displays, resort activity schedules, and F&B marketing materials are current, attractive, and effective.
- Create targeted promotional campaigns and advertisements for the F&B and leisure outlets to attract local and visiting guests.
- Represent Pyramid Point Resort at trade shows, tourism fairs, corporate Expos, and local marketing events.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activities, lead pipelines, and performance reports to the management team.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and guest service in all client and stakeholder interactions.
