Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Provide accurate product information and promotions to customers; Also share to customer which benefits customer will get from us after purchase.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
- Ensure actual products features to customer and open quality standard.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Daily & Monthly customer requirements collect and share to manager with Head Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: Minimum SSC/HSC/University Admission waiting/BBA/MBA/ or Graduation any disciplinary.
- Skills: Customer Service , Cash Handling , Inventory Management , Communication Skills , Teamwork , Time Management
