The selected candidates will be responsible for B2B Sales and Business Development of Garbage Chute Systems, Fire Safety Solutions, Construction Materials, and Industrial Manufacturing Solutions.
Job Location
- Project site visits will be required as necessary.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and build business relationships with Real Estate Developers, EPC Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and Industrial Clients.
- Product Presentation & Pitching: Present and explain the technical features, benefits, and applications of Garbage Chute Systems, Fire Safety Solutions, Construction Materials, and Light/Heavy Engineering Solutions.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Technical Support Teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
