Role Description This is a contract, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dhaka. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for polymer raw materials, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily activities include visiting clients, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, maintaining accurate sales records, and reporting progress to management. The Sales Executive is expected to represent Marazzo Inc FZCO professionally, support revenue growth, and contribute to expanding the company’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales process and meet defined targets.
• Knowledge of polymer raw materials (such as PVC resin, PP resin, PE wax, stabilizers, and additives) or experience in the plastics or chemical industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term customer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and handling multiple client accounts.
• Comfort with basic sales reporting, use of CRM or similar tools, and proficiency in common office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, conduct regular client visits, and adapt to a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in industrial or chemical products, is an advantage.
