Sales Executive

Autotriz Bangladesh is a premium auto detailing center specializing in professional car care, paint protection, and automotive detailing services. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

• Handle customer leads generated through Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and effectively.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their needs and requirements.
• Follow up with leads consistently and convert prospects into confirmed customers.
• Clearly explain our services, packages, pricing, offers, and key benefits.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Update daily sales records, lead tracking sheets, and follow-up reports.
• Monitor lead status, conversions, pending customers, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the operations/service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and lead performance reports.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in handling Facebook/Digital Leads will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain organized records.
• Candidates with experience in the automotive, auto detailing, car accessories, or service industry will receive preference.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
