Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank, Natore Branch in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential clients, promote the bank’s agricultural and retail banking products, and build long-term relationships with farmers, small business owners, and local organizations. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client visits, explaining product benefits and terms, assisting with account opening and loan applications, and providing follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collecting market feedback, collaborating with branch staff to deliver timely services, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the bank professionally in the community and contribute to branch growth.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to meet defined targets.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients, including rural and agricultural communities.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services, preferably with exposure to agricultural or development finance.
• Ability to conduct field visits, gather client requirements, and provide clear product explanations in an accessible manner.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills, including handling documentation for accounts and loan applications.
• Comfort with using basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, banking software) for reporting and client management.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant diploma with strong experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to ethical banking practices and community development.
• Willingness to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and adapt to changing market and branch needs.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or microfinance is an advantage but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates.
