Job SummaryIZH Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to help grow our coffee business by developing new customers, managing client relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients.
- Promote IZH Coffee Roasters' products and services.
- Handle sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Visit prospective B2B clients such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales updates and reports.
- Maintain professional communication with existing and potential clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or coffee/hospitality industry will be an advantage.
Someone who is confident, hardworking, well-spoken, and genuinely interested in building relationships and growing sales.
