- Drive component sales and ensure achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.
- Achieve business objectives by developing new business opportunities and expanding the existing customer base.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer credit status and outstanding receivables and take necessary actions to ensure timely collection.
- Ensure recovery of outstanding receivables within 90 days, with a maximum permissible recovery period of 180 days.
- Ensure timely collection and adjustment of AIT (Advance Income Tax) in accordance with applicable requirements and company policy.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation related to the entire sales process, including customer, order, billing, and collection records.
- Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the HOD, DHOD, BC to Monitoring Director, and respective Team Leads as required.
- Conduct business analysis to evaluate sales performance, market opportunities, customer trends, and business risks, and provide relevant insights to management.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science
