Hiring: Sales Executive – Footwear Company

📍 Location: Paltan, Dhaka

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Saturday–Thursday

💰 Salary: ৳25,000/month (Based on experience)

A Chinese-owned footwear company specializing in trendy slipper slides is looking for an Online Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

* Communicate professionally with customers and provide product information.

* Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

* Take and confirm customer orders accurately.

* Enter and update customer and sales information on our company data server.

Requirements

* Strong computer proficiency is required.

* Must be skilled in MS Excel and business software.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to convince customers and convert leads into sales.

* Previous online sales/customer service experience is preferred.

* Must be responsible, energetic, and target-oriented.

* Computer Proficiency & Excel Test will be conducted during the recruitment process.

Compensation & Incentives

* Salary: ৳25,000/month (Based on experience)

* Target-based incentives available based on sales performance.
