𝟏. 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

a) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

b) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

𝟐. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭

a) Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current listings, property values, and community information.

b) Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current property trends.

𝟑. 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

a) Prepare and present purchase offers and counteroffers to clients.

𝟒. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫

a) Collaborate with other team members and support staff to ensure seamless transaction processes.

𝟓. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

a) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

b) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
