Job Description
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and other sales channels.
● Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
● Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
● Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery.
● Maintain regular updates of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
● Negotiate with clients and close deals professionally.
● Represent Accent Group professionally in client meetings and business communications.
Requirements
Education:
- Honors/Equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
- Experience in service-based sales, real estate, interior design, digital marketing, or related industries will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Compensation:
BDT 20,000 + High Sales Commission
