Sales Executive

Company Description Prottoy is a housing project located in Uttarkhan under Dhaka North City Corporation, just under 5 km from Uttara’s Abdullahpur, offering strong connectivity and accessibility for residents and investors. The project is part of an approved Urban Residential Zone under RAJUK’s Detailed Area Plan (DAP), making its plots a secure and future-focused investment. Plot sizes start from 5 kathas, and the project benefits from extensive road connectivity and proximity to Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport, approximately 7 km away. Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, engaging directly with prospective buyers and investors to promote Prottoy’s housing plots and services. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting project features and investment benefits, and guiding clients through the sales and documentation process. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, and coordinating closely with the project and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Executive will also support marketing campaigns, attend client meetings and events, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with experience in real estate or high-value products preferred.
• Excellent customer relationship management, client-facing communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, understand investment considerations, and clearly explain project benefits.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales documentation, using basic office software, and tracking activities in CRM or similar tools.
• Fluency in Bangla and working proficiency in English; strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations and project sites as needed, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior field-based sales experience.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering a transparent and positive client experience.
