Sales Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will drive Decorative sales by building strong customer relationships, winning new business and maximizing value from existing accounts. You will focus on achieving sales targets, improving margins and ensuring timely collections, while contributing to market share growth and overall profitability.

This position will be based in Chandpur - Bangladesh and will be reporting to the Retail Manager - Decorative.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing technical advice and assistance to customers at assigned stores, helping drive the growth of Decorative Paints.
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
• Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.
• Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in paints or a related industry.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
