Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the firm’s target markets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual sales meetings, and presenting Stratancy Consulting’s accounting and cloud-based solutions in a clear, consultative manner. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with accounting and advisory teams to ensure that client needs are accurately understood and addressed. The role involves maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns aimed at tech startups, contractors, freelancers, and marketing agencies. This position requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on building long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing B2B deals.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and cloud-based tools to manage prospects, track activities, and report on performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and technical concepts in accessible language.
• Understanding of professional services or accounting, tax, or payroll solutions; experience selling to startups or small businesses is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric and ethical approach to selling.
• Relevant experience in business development, account management, or SaaS/fintech sales; prior experience in the Irish market is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
