🚀 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿! MICON is looking for a 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with 𝟯–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to drive business growth in the industrial and construction sector. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: • Develop new B2B business opportunities • Promote PEB, steel structure & industrial building solutions • Meet clients and conduct site visits • Prepare quotations & proposals • Coordinate with Engineering & Estimation teams • Build strong client relationships • Achieve sales targets 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline 💼 3–4 years’ experience in technical sales/business development 🏗️ PEB, steel structure or construction experience preferred 🤝 Strong communication & negotiation skills 🚗 Willingness to travel for client visits 💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Negotiable + Performance-Based Incentives 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dhaka, Bangladesh 🕒 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Full-Time If you’re proactive, target-driven and passionate about 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, we’d like to hear from you. 📩 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗩: career@miconbuild.
