Sales & Business Development Officer

Akash Growth Agency is looking for a motivated, confident, and responsible Sales & Business Development Officer to join our growing team.

This is an on-site role based in Narayanganj. You will work directly with the agency founder as a core member of the team. Together, we will develop sales strategies, communicate with potential clients, build business relationships, and work toward growing the agency.

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other platforms
• Communicate professionally with prospects and international clients in English
• Introduce and explain Akash Growth Agency’s services to potential clients
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Schedule and participate in client meetings
• Assist with proposals, quotations, and client communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Discuss sales strategies and business opportunities with the founder
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates
• Work as a team with the founder to achieve business growth

• HSC/Intermediate completed or currently studying (Inter running)
• Good English communication skills — both written and spoken
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Client Communication
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Narayanganj
• Candidates from Narayanganj and nearby areas are preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply; previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
